Welcome to the Schism Application form! Please take your time and answer all questions as thorough as possible. This application will directly affect your chances of being recruited into Schism!!

Schism is a PST time zone based guild. Our typical raiding schedule is 2 or 3 nights a week from 7:00PM to 10:00PM. We expect Core members to have 75% or greater attendance for scheduled raids and show up on time, ready to raid!!

Note: Using ventrilo is mandatory for our scheduled raids!!

6: Any previous guilds in World of Warcraft (or another game, specify)?

Note: If you are not the original owner of the account please provide how you acquired the account and how long you have been playing it.





9. What are your available trade skills in-game?





10: Provide a link to your character(s) WoW armory page.





11: When did you start WoW? How many days /played do you have? Do you have more than one high level character? On different servers? Give us a good idea of how long you have been playing, and how active you have been during that time.





12: Do you have any alts that you regularly play, that you might be playing when an officer attempts to contact you in-game?
